Whether Snorkeling in the Caribbean, or Trucking through the Amazon jungle, We've found 100% cotton is best for staying cool and protected from UV rays and insects. if You spray your shirt with an environmentally friendly bug gagger like Citronella, it will be more effective against mosquitos, and last longer than if You'd sprayed it on your skin. Here's what happened to me when I didn't wear a long sleeve shirt in the jungle... The shirt looks like the expanding universe and the deep blue sea.

First time I got to go on an international snorkel/dive trip was to Belize in 1981. I was fifteen and we drove down in a Datsun Pickup full of dive gear, and a portable compressor, back then it was hard to find a place to fill your scuba tanks, years later I decided it was time to take a break from my Job and see Belize through a greybeards eyes, to say that San Pedro Belize has changed is an understatement, they even have a hyperbaric Facility. I will post here about snorkeling, traveling, and stuff that happens along the way. Thank You for visiting! Burnie Archives
