 Ok. this little caribbean Island is for sale has a dock and fresh water, and is 600 square meters with deep water channel. It is somewhere near Bocas del Toro Panama. I was thinking someone could build a crab shack on it and sell Beer or Bait or heck build your own shack and grow a little garden. here is the realtors E mail link: mailto:[email protected]  Tico sent me some more photos of the Island for less than 15k near Boca Del Toro Panama,  Im guessing this is the shallow fresh water well he told me about.  Im thinking about taking a trip down there (Panama) I bet the snorkeling is good and 15k for a piece of real estate on the Beach!! intriguing to say the least. B

First time I got to go on an international snorkel/dive trip was to Belize in 1981. I was fifteen and we drove down in a Datsun Pickup full of dive gear, and a portable compressor, back then it was hard to find a place to fill your scuba tanks, years later I decided it was time to take a break from my Job and see Belize through a greybeards eyes, to say that San Pedro Belize has changed is an understatement, they even have a hyperbaric Facility.
